SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
Your order will be dispatched within the timeframes indicated below. Delivery times vary according to destination, as follows:
Mainland Portugal – Delivery within 1 to 7 days (after dispatch)
Azores and Madeira – Delivery within 7 to 15 days (after dispatch)
NOTE: All products that require contact with entities outside the European Union to fulfill the customer's order may take 15 to 18 days to be delivered (after dispatch).
Spain – Delivery within 7 to 21 days (after dispatch)
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, and Switzerland – Delivery within 7 to 21 days (after dispatch)
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland, and Sweden – Delivery within 7 to 21 days (after dispatch)
* Items from foreign clubs, items from previous seasons, recent club releases, special editions, Concept versions, player versions, promotional packs, goalkeeper kits, footwear, windbreakers, jackets, end-of-season jerseys, and ongoing packs or promotions require ordering from a foreign supplier. These items arrive at Estrela Serra Sports within 15 to 18 business days and are then shipped to customers.
Recently launched items may take up to one month to arrive at Estrela Serra Sports from suppliers before being sent to the customer.
IMPORTANT: Once the order has been placed with the supplier, orders containing these items cannot be cancelled. Should the customer refuse to accept the item, no refund will be issued.
Due to possible delays from suppliers and carriers, as well as the high volume of work during the period between November 25th and January 5th of each year, Estrela Serra Sports does not guarantee that items will be delivered in time to fulfill customers' intention to offer them as gifts. Delivery times during this period are usually much longer than indicated and may exceed one month.
* Delays caused by suppliers cannot be attributed to Estrela Serra Sports and do not give the customer the right to cancel the purchase. As soon as Estrela Serra Sports requests the item from the supplier (up to 3 business days after the customer's order), the delivery period (15–18 days) begins from that date.
Should delays occur on the part of suppliers and/or carriers, the customer may request cancellation and refund only after 30 business days from the day following the order date, if the item has not yet been received.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Any delays caused by CTT, carriers, or suppliers do not give the customer the right to cancel the purchase, refuse the merchandise, or claim compensation or indemnification.
