SHIPPING AND DELIVERY FORECASTS
Your order will be shipped within the timeframes indicated below. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, as follows:
Mainland Portugal - Delivered in 1-7 days (after dispatch);
Azores and Madeira - Delivered between 7-15 days (after dispatch);
NOTE: All products that require contacts outside the European Union to satisfy the customer's order may take up to 15 to 18 days to be delivered (after dispatch);
Spain - Delivered in 7-21 days (after dispatch);
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Czech Republic and Switzerland - Delivery between 7 to 21 days (after dispatch);
Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Poland and Sweden - Delivery between 7 to 21 days (after dispatch).
*Items from foreign clubs, previous seasons, items recently presented by clubs, or items from special versions, concept versions, player versions, promotional packs, goalkeepers, footwear, kispos and jackets, as well as jerseys from clubs at the end of the season, packs or promotions in force, require an order from the supplier abroad, arriving at Estrela Serra Sports within 15 to 18 working days, and then being sent to customers. Items recently presented may take up to a month to be delivered to Estrela Serra Sports by suppliers, and then sent to the customer. ATTENTION: ONCE REQUESTED FROM THE SUPPLIER, ORDERS MADE BY CUSTOMERS, CONTAINING THESE ITEMS, CANNOT BE CANCELLED. IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSES TO RECEIVE THE ITEM, THEY WILL FORFEIT THE RIGHT TO A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
Estrela Serra Sports, due to possible delays by suppliers and carriers, with their high volume of work, on the dates between November 25th and January 5th of each year, does not guarantee that its articles will be delivered on time to the customer to satisfy their intention of "gifts" to their friends or family. The deadlines on these dates are usually much longer than those described above, sometimes exceeding one month.
* Order delays by suppliers cannot be attributed to Estrela Serra Sports, thus preventing the buyer from cancelling the purchase. If Serra Estrela Sports requests the item from the supplier up to 3 working days after the customer's order, the delivery period (15 to 18 days) starts from that date. If there are delays on the part of suppliers and/or carriers, the customer may request cancellation and a refund of the amount in question only after 30 working days from the day after placing the order.
* Deliveries by CTT after receipt of items from Estrela Serra Sports
- REGISTERED MAIL - 1 TO 3 WORKING DAYS (after dispatch)
- REGULAR MAIL - NO DEADLINE SET BY CTT
ATTENTION: Delivery times are given for information purposes only and any delays by CTT and/or carriers, or suppliers, do not give the buyer the right to cancel the purchase, refuse the goods, or claim for damages and interests.
