To request an exchange or return of an order, you have up to 24 hours after receiving it. The 24-hour period starts from the moment the CTT tracking registers the order as delivered.
Exchanges or returns of personalized items (even with a player's name) are not accepted.
Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
