Custom Items

It will not be possible to order personalised items (e.g., name and number on a shirt) using cash on delivery.

Once a personalised item has been ordered, it cannot be cancelled and will be shipped to the customer.

Should the customer refuse to accept the item, they will also lose the right to a refund of the amount paid.
